Side by Side Massage
Side by Side Massage offers an opportunity to share the relaxation and healing of therapeutic massage with a friend or loved one. Please plan your session in advance as they are scheduled according to availability of rooms and therapists.
Prenatal Massage
Prenatal Massage is available for women in any trimester of pregnancy. Though pregnancy may be the happiest time in your life, the myriad changes it brings may result in sore, tired muscles and aching joints. Prenatal massage with a trained therapist is a safe, relaxing way to ease the body through its many transitions.
Integrative Reflexology
Integrative Reflexology is an ancient practice that involves stimulating points on the feet to influence other parts of the body. It promotes optimal organ function, reduction of pain and increased circulation.
Hot Stone Therapy
Hot Stone Therapy warms the muscles with heated river stones, utilizing not only the properties of hydrotherapy but those of polarity as well. The heat encourages muscles to release tension and creates an overall sense of deep relaxation.
Paraffin Treatment
Paraffin Treatments are a safe, sanitary way to enjoy the moisturizing benefits of wax, while experiencing relaxation from muscle tension and joint pain. Each session begins with a hand or foot treatment and ends with a brief massage.
Cupping
Cupping - alternative medicine technique in which cups are placed on the skin to create suction. The suction of the cups mobilizes blood flow to promote healing.
Lymphatic Drainage
Manual Lymphatic Drainage aims to gently and rhythmically move the lymph through the body, especially from swollen areas, relieving pressure and enhancing the functioning of the immune system. As both a preventative and remedial technique, MLD can be used for a wide range of purposes including faster recovery from injury and reduction of swelling and discomfort. Three sessions over a short period of time are recommended for best results.
