     We specialize in professional therapeutic massage, and are dedicated to making a difference in your health and well-being.  Massage can benefit everyone from a newborn to the elderly.  It relaxes muscles, increases circulation, and can decrease blood pressure, stress levels and pain. Our services are tailored to your individual needs, which will be assessed with an initial health history and consultation.

     Making space and time for healing is important to us, and the main reason we entered into practice over twenty years ago.  We envisioned not a medical setting, but a comfortable atmosphere where people would be tempted to relax and let go of their daily troubles.  Stress causes such a high percentage of illness.  Our dream was to create a center where clients could leave their problems at the door and spend an hour or two relaxing, repairing, and renewing themselves.  For your safety, we only work with PA licensed massage therapists who are insured by a national association.
